Water Bottling Plant Installation - Gaborone

From a 300A power upgrade to a fully running 6,000 bottle-per-hour line — start to finish

When our client set out to launch a water bottling operation in Gaborone, they needed more than machines delivered to site — they needed a partner who could take the project from raw electrical capacity right through to a fully running production line.

Starting with power

Every bottling line lives or dies on its electrical backbone, and the client's existing 100A supply was never going to carry a modern production facility. We upgraded the site to a 300A supply — managing the Maximum Demand application, constructing a new plinth, and installing a new main distribution board along with a larger inner DB to safely carry the additional load. This gave the client the electrical foundation to run a full automated line without compromise.

Building the line

With power sorted, we moved into installing the production line itself, piece by piece:

  • Automated Bottle Blowing Machine — the starting point of the process, high pressure compressor turning preforms into bottles

  • Bottle Feeding Line — moving freshly blown bottles into production

  • Bottle Filling Machine — rated at 6,000 bottles per hour, the heart of the operation

  • Bottle Dryer — preparing filled bottles for labelling

  • Label Applicator — for consistent, accurate branding on every bottle

  • Conveyor Lines — tying every stage together into one continuous flow

  • Shrinking Machine — sealing the final product for dispatch

The result

From a single power upgrade to a fully integrated bottling line, our team delivered every stage of this installation — electrical and mechanical — under one roof. The client now runs a complete, high-capacity bottling operation built on infrastructure designed to handle it from day one.
